ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to recall the order dated 05.07.2024 made in W.P.No.18411 of 2024 on the ground that he was not heard while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition. 2.This Court while disposing the aforesaid writ petition has not passed any adverse order against the petitioner and only a direction has been issued to the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2024 and to pass orders after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners. Thus, the right of the parties is no way affected by the order of this Court dated 05.07.2024.

3.In view of the above, this writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. The official respondents are directed to strictly adhere to the order of this Court dated 05.07.2024. No costs.
