(CRIME NO.2225/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the Respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.5351 of 2020 order dated 08.09.2020 in crl.OP.No.10152 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5351 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10152 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5351 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10152 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
