This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 06.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5004 of 2018 has not been complied with.

Cont P.No.225 of 2019 respondent/Contemnor submitted that the order dated 06.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5004 of 2018 has been complied with. An affidavit dated 05.02.2020 is also filed by the respondent to that effect, apart from tendering unconditional apology for the delay in implementing the order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the order dated 06.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5004 of 2018 has been complied with in full and therefore, the petitioner is not having any grievance.

4. Recording the above said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
