2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs as follows:

Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 25.01.2022, passed in Crl.OP.No.1323 of 2022, shall be read as:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
