The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.299 of 2002 in OS.No.801 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif / Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur.

2. The Registry was directed to ascertain whether OS.No.801 of 1995 is still pending on the file of the District Munsif / Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif / Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur sent a communication to the Registrar General, Madras High Court in D.No.1260/2019, dated 16.08.2019 stating that the suit in OS.No.801 of 1995 is already disposed of.

3. Since the main suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.08.2019 2/5
