This application has been filed to permit the applicant/defendant mark the copy of legal notice dated 20.12.2007 (Document No.14) as secondary evidence in the present suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Perusal of records would reveal that the learned counsel for the respondent has not filed the counter.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

5. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to send the bundles to the learned Additional Master for recording evidence on 15.02.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

7. The learned Additional Master is directed to complete the evidence within a period of three months and return back the bundle to this Court, after completion of recording evidence.
