The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner sought time to ascertain whether the REP No.56 of 2007 in Arbitration Case No.A62/05-06 is still pending before the I Additional District Judge, Salem. This court directed the Registry to find out whether the said REP is still pending before the concerned court. The Registry got the fax message from the I Additional District Judge, Salem stating that the REP No.56 of 2007 in Arbitration Case No.A62/05-06 was disposed of on 04.08.2015.
