2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Documents perused. On perusal of the vernacular records submitted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, it appears on 26.08.2010 itself R.E.P.No.182 of 2009 pertains to this Civil Revision Petition had been dismissed as not pressed.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Petition becomes infructuous. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
