This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.MP.No.15616 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police, monthly once i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
