The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that pursuant to the orders passed by the Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, the entire dues payable by the petitioner have been complied with. Such a submission made by the learned Standing Counsel is also ratified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
