These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the petitioners 1 to 6 herein are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and ranked as appellants 2 to 7 in the appeal.
