The above petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.259 of 2021, filed by the husband for divorce on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur to the file of the Family Court, Erode.

2. The petitioner would state that she has to travel more than 54 Kms and has to take 3 buses to reach the Family Court, Tiruppur for attending the hearing. The petitioner would submit that she has no independent source of income to take care of her and her child and fully dependent on her aged parents.

3. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is residing at Erode and also taking into account the fact that the respondent husband is not maintaining the petitioner wife and his child, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.259 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Erode. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
