This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to take into consideration the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.12.2018, while conducting the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2018. 2.

It is seen from records that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered an F.I.R in Crime No.89 of 2018 against five named accused persons for an offence under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. The case is under investigation by the respondent Police. The petitioner wanted to provide with certain information to the respondent in order to enable the respondent to effectively conduct the investigation. Therefore, a representation was made on 31.12.2018 by the petitioner by providing certain information about the accused persons. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent Police is in the process of investigation and the additional information given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner by his representation dated 31.12.2018 will also be taken into consideration by the respondent police during investigation.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent Police to effectively continue with the investigation and also take into consideration, the materials provided by the petitioner, during the course of investigation and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
