When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the conditions imposed on the petitioner order dated 24.01.2023, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.556 of 2022 before the trial Court and the copy of the receipt has been enclosed.

3. The above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded. Hence, no further order is required in this petition.
