2. A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this court shows that on 11.06.2019, the civil revision petitioner was directed to take steps for the first respondent who was reported dead. However, till date no steps have been taken and as already observed, there is no representation for the civil revision petitioner today. The learned counsel for the third respondent is present.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
