However, till date no steps have been taken and as already observed, there is no representation for the civil revision petitioner today. The learned counsel for the third respondent is present.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
