O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Fathima Nasrin, aged 20 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/mother of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major and she is studying B.A. English Literature. She further submitted that she wants to live separately from her mother and that there is no protection is required for her and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
