ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 366(A) of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of the minor girl namely Deepika who is studying 12th standard at Government Higher Secondary School, Thandarampet. While being so, on 05.03.2021 the said girl was missing from school and later found that she was eloped with A1 who is the son of the petitioner. Due to which the present complaint has been lodged. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not an accused. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is not an accused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
