ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021 and 04.12.2021 and refund the excess amount of Rs.83,498/- to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this writ petition, the respondents have consider the petitioner's representation and also passed orders.

3. In view of the fact that the respondents have already considered the petitioner's representation and also passed orders, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
