W.P.No.28012 of 2019:- Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefits viz., Provident funds Rs.9,12,185/- Gratuity of Rs.9,24,473/- arrears of salary of Rs.7,51,948/- EPF Rs.4,31,792/- and Security Deposit of Rs.863/- totally of Rs.30,21,261/- with 12 percentage interest from the
date of retirement to till payment to the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Honble Court reported in 2015 (6) MLJ 684.

2.In view of the judgment delivered today in W.A.No.234 of 2020, this Writ Appeal is also partly allowed on the same terms, as the issues raised are identical as in W.A.No.234 of 2020, and W.P.No.28012 of 2019 is restored to its original position, with a request to the learned single Judge to dispose of the same at the earliest, which shall be listed before the learned single Judge in the first week of November, 2020.
