This application has been filed seeking to receive the additional documents viz., an order passed in the Writ Petition Nos.1586 and 1587 of 2016 dated 22.08.2022.

2.The document that is sought to be marked is a judgment of this Court made in W.P.Nos.1586 & 1587 of 2016. The said document is sought to be marked only to substantiate that the claim of the applicant seeking to cancel a Deed of Settlement dated 02.12.2010 which has been filed as suit document Nos.9 and 10 had been dismissed.

3.In my view, the said judgment would not be a relevant document to be marked at the time of the examination of the witnesses. The said judgment could be relied upon by the applicant during the time of final arguments in the suit. Hence, I do not find any merits in this application and the same is dismissed.
