PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent herein to provide a copy of Provident Fund Slip of the petitioner showing the recovery made from his salary from 2014 to as on date to the petitioner herein by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024 and 02.01.2025 and pass orders.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the 1/4

Respondent herein to provide a copy of Provident Fund Slip of the petitioner showing the recovery made from his salary from 2014 to as on date to the petitioner herein by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024 and 02.01.2025 and pass orders.

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner is working as Selection Grade Senior Conductor in the Respondent/Corporation and he has sought for provident Fund slip showing the recovery made from the salary from the year 2014 till date. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said provident fund particulars will be provided to all the employees, where as the respondent denied to give the particulars to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation in this regard to the respondent on 01.10.2024 and 02.01.2025. However, there was no progress in the said representation, which has given rise to this petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders. 4.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the Respondent 2/4

submitted that they will consider the case of the petitioner and take action in the manner known to law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and provide provident fund particulars within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
