These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 13 to 17 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the respondents 13 to 17 herein are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and ranked as respondents 13 to 17 in the appeal.
