3. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners joined the services of the respondent Corporation as Driver and Conductors between 1998 - 2000. At the time of their retirement between on 31.05.2024, 30.06.2024 and 31.05.2024, respectively, they were holding the post of Special Grade Driver, Special Grade Conductor and C.I. Since the petitioners were in service as on 01.09.2023, they are entitled to the benefit of 15th Wage Settlement, however, the retirement benefits were paid to them, without revising their basic pay. Therefore, the petitioners made representations dated 04.12.2025, 06.12.2025 and 09.12.2025, respectively, seeking to pay the difference in gratuity, leave salary and pension arrears, along with interest. However, neither of the representations has been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioners have preferred the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 04.12.2025, 06.12.2025 and 09.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

It is made clear that the petitioners would be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum for the benefits to which they are entitled to towards belated payment.
7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
