Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to issue a suitable direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 01.10.2015 and take action to remove the encroachers and confer all the benefits to the members of the sangam as prayed in the said representation within reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from Mr.D.Kannan, Senior Revenue Inspector, present in Court, states that all the encroachments have been removed now and it will be ensured that no re-encroachment is permitted. 2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondents will remain bound by the same.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the encroachment on S.No.146 have not been removed, but on the other hand, the plot of the petitioner has disappeared into the river. This is a matter of demarcation for which the petitioner has made a representation on 01.10.2015.
4.The demarcation be carried out in terms of the representation of the petitioner within one (1) month of the receipt of the order, whereafter necessary orders be passed on hearing all affected parties within a period of two (2) months thereafter.
5.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.9250 to 9252 of 2016 stand closed. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar
