Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 31.12.2019 in Memo No.902/BCDFGISSSV/2019 against the husband of the petitioner Suresh @ Arcot Suresh, M/A, 41 Son of Venkatesan, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the Detenu, viz., Suresh @ Arcot Suresh, M/A, 41 Son of Venkatesan, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the detenu in Memo No.902/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 31.12.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu.

3.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
