A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this court shows that on 22.08.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner reported no instructions for the revision petitioner and therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the revision petitioner and accordingly notice was sent. However, today ie., 30.08.2019, there is no appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner.

2. In the facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
