JUDGMENT

(made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Mr. K.Srinivasamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants has placed the final order passed by the disciplinary authority by imposing the punishment of dismissal from service by its proceedings Do.VIG:SM (TM) DA: F-6275 dated 25.05.2012.

2. The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition by the respondent/petitioner is to defer the disciplinary proceedings in Do.VIG:SM (TM) DA: F-6275 dated 25.05.2012 till the disposal of the Criminal Case in C.C.No. 264 of 2008. Though the Writ Petition filed by the respondent/petitioner was allowed, the appellants have preferred the present Appeal, wherein they had obtained an order of interim stay of the final order passed in the Writ Petition. In view of the aforesaid stay granted by this Court, the Bank has passed final order in the disciplinary proceedings.
