These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 11 & 12 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 531 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the respondents 11 & 12 herein are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and ranked as respondents 11 & 12 in the appeal.
