Side] C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint dated 23.01.2014, a case has been registered in Cr.No.609 of 2014 under Section 448, 427, 294[b], 385 and 506[i] IPC on 14.03.2014 by the 2nd respondent herein.

2. As regards the prayer in Crl.OP.No.5159 of 2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking police protection for putting the compound wall, a positive direction could not be given under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

In view of the fact that a case has been registered as stated above, these petitions are closed.
