ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FAC) Vellore, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days in Crl.M.P.No.218 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitiner is studying at Chennai and he is finding very difficult to go over to Vellore to comply with the condition.

3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 11.01.2024. 4.In view of these facts, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent at 10.30 a.m., on 17.02.2024, 24.02.2024 and 02.03.2024 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
