(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) A perusal of the record show that the counsel had actually entered appearance on behalf of the respondent and thereafter had given change of vakalat. Two separate advocates had entered appearance on behalf of the

respondent. The address of the respondent had been given, but when notice was taken, the notice had been returned as 'no such person'. It is for that reason, this petition has been filed seeking to serve the respondent through substituted service.

2.Having been satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, we direct publication against the respondent. Publication to be effected on or before 08.05.2026 in anyone issue of Malai Malar having circulation in Chennai for the hearing date 08.06.2026. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed. (C.V.K.,J.)
