With the available fund of Rs.25,81,378.53, this application has been filed seeking to declare dividend at 12 paise in a rupee to 170 workmen. Apart from the same, incidental reliefs have also been sought for.

2.After perusing the records, this Court is of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. After all, it appears that earlier the employees provident fund was paid with the available funds.
