The writ petition in WP No.3867 of 2020 was already disposed of on 31.01.2024. However, WMP No.6248 of 2020, filed to implead the proposed fourth respondent as a party respondent was not disposed of.

Therefore, the same is listed today.

Since the writ petition is already disposed of, WMP No.6248 of 2020 stands rejected. The impleadment application was not allowed. The fourth respondent, as such, is wrongly impleaded. The fourth respondent shall be deleted from the cause-title of the order dated 31.1.2024.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction.
