Mr.O.R.Mahesvaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had considered the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2016 and passed orders on 17.08.2017. The learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the order dated 17.08.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent.
