2.This writ petition has been filed challenging the plan approval granted by the second respondent dated 20.2.2018. 3.The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that based on the application given by the respondents 3 and 4, a revised plan has been approved and access provided to the petitioner's property.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the Rules road having width of 25 feet has to be set apart, but, in the revised plan only 20 feet road is given to the petitioner. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revised plan is not in accordance with law and he is ready to challenge the revised approved plan before the Appellate Authority.

5. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
