Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition on the ground that she has filed the certified copy of the plaint in O.S.No.27 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu and she has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
