Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice and its subsequent orders pursuant to the proceedings of the third respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.133/2018/a1 primarily dated 20.02.2018 for the auction to be held on 28.02.2018 at 11 A.M. and then dated 28.02.2018 for the auction to be held on 08.03.2018 at 11 A.M. on the file of the Executive Officer, Uthangarai Town Panchayat, Krishnagiri District herein and to quash the same and issue necessary direction to the Collector, Krishnagiri District, the first respondent herein to conduct the auction for the Uthangarai Sandhai, as per law after following all the procedures laid down therein with necessary police protection.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the auction notification issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 20.02.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that the auction was conducted on 02.04.2018, in which, the petitioner also participated and the bid amount of the petitioner was rejected.
