This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2013 pending on the file of 4th respondent to 3rd respondent namely the Additional Superintendent of Police, C.B.C.I.D Chennai.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit the 4th respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has completed the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2013 and also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Ponneri.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
