[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above Appeal. 2.It was asserted by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that before the order passed in the Application in A.No.476 of 2016 in O.P.No.417 of 2002 dated 17.12.2020, Mrs.Rajeshwari Thiyagarajan passed away on 16.09.2018, leaving behind no Legal Heirs. Moreover, it is brought to the notice of this Court that other Legal Heirs are already on record.

3.In view of the above, this Petition is ordered. If any issue is raised in this regard, the same will be dealt with.
