ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 465, 468,471 of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners alleged to have cheated a sum Rs. 16,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and another persons by giving false promise to secure the job in the Government department. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners were no way connected in this case and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they were suffering incarceration for more than 70 days from 07.11.2021. Hence, the learned counsel prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor raised objection stating that the petitioners have cheated a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and others by giving false promise to get job in the Government department. He further submitted that still complaints are receiving from the victims and the investigation not yet completed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 24/01/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
