On the complaint lodged by one Rajasekar/2nd respondent, the respondent police registered a case in crime No.139 of 2016 on 20.07.2016 under Section 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC against Dhanalakshmi and four others. Challenging the said FIR, this quash petition has been filed.

2.Heard Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that during the pendency of this quash petition, investigation was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completed and a charge sheet was filed on 17.09.2016 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.101 of 2017 by the Judicial Magistrate, Pollachi on 28.04.2017.

4.In view of the aforesaid developments, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedies in the manner known to law. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
