2. Heard Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Mr.George Cheriyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are satisfying and also, there is no objection from the side of respondents for allowing this petition, this Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
