ORDER

Being aggrieved by the non-grant of pension, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the Government had sanctioned pension in favour of the petitioner and thus, her grievance has been met.

3. In view of the said submission, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
