Prayer:writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to mutate the Government name and enter the petitioner name in all the appropriate village/Taluk revenue records/registers and restore the petitioner's ownership enabling him to grant individual computerized patta in respect of his land comprised in Survey No.138/1 for entire extent of
2,400 sq.mts. (or) 20,961 sq.fts. (including the ceiling land) situated in Village No.117 (present Village No.147) Karapakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District and further direct the respondents 4 and 5 to issue computerized patta to the petitioner.

O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus seeking mutation of revenue records by entering the petitioner's name in the computerized patta in respect of his land comprised in Survey No.138/1 for entire extent of 2,400 sq.mts. (or) 20,961 sq.fts. (including the ceiling land) situated in Village No.117 (present Village No.147) Karapakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.
2.In view of the order passed today in the connected W.P.No.12959 of 2015, declaring the urban land proceedings as abated, the petitioner is entitled to succeed in this writ petition and get the revenue records mutated accordingly in his name. Thus, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject matter land, without insisting for producing No Objection Certificate from the third respondent, since this Court had already declared the urban land ceiling proceedings as abated in W.P.No.12959 of 2015. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
