This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 11.05.2022 by vacating Respondents 3 and 4 from the house bearing No.3/443 Part, Guruvayurappan Nagar, Varanathipalayam Pirivu, Vavipalayam (Post), Tiruppur- 641 666 and hand over the vacant possession to the petitioner.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer cancelling the gift deed executed by him in favour of Respondents 3 and 4, he has not been put into possession of the property and hence, seeks a direction to the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner himself has given an undertaking that 3/5
he has taken possession of the property and respondents 3 and 4 have already vacated the premises and gone to Trichy and the petitioner has given the property on lease to some third party. The letter given by the petitioner in this regard has also been placed before this Court. Hence, recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 01.12.2025 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gpa To
