ORDER

To direct respondents 2 to 4 to make necessary corrections in the Date of Birth columns in all educational mark sheets and transfer certificate, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition.

With the consent of both sides, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Pointing out the inadvertent mistake of entering the date of birth of the petitioner as 27.04.1997 instead of 29.04.1997, the petitioner moved the authorities, by enclosing all the required certificates including the birth certificate, issued by the statutory authorities. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.

Under such circumstances, I direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation, on the basis of all the documentary evidences, produced by the petitioner, make necessary corrections in all the certificates and issue a fresh one within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
