ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP No.31212 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.33849 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the notice dated 24.12.2024 was issued only based on the earlier order dated 23.09.2024 and that the respondent will withdraw the said notice and will await for the further orders to be passed in the writ petition before proceeding further against the petitioner. 3.
