The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15067 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25092 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
