Since the pecuniary jurisdiction of the suit is below the threshold jurisdiction of this Court, the Registry is directed to send back the case records to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in order to dispose the case. As the case has already reached the stage of arguments, the transferee Court is directed to dispose the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the case records.
