Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that eight witnesses have to be examined and that it may require a considerable period of time for completing the trial and prays to grant six months time to complete the trial. 3.In the aforesaid circumstances to meet the ends of justice a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram to complete the trial in C.C.No.137 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
